One-to-One Coaching

Make a wish list of what it would take for you to have the lifestyle you want as a professional artist. Full disclosure: we don't have a fairy godmother for art marketing, but we do have ways of making wishes into results. One-to-one coaching can help you focus so that you can take the right action. No sharing the air with other artists here. Just you and a skilled advisor looking at improving your situation.

You can use the time to work on specific art and business issues or build a plan for the next 6 to 12 months. You'll get what you need and keep your art career on track and moving forward.

If you are really committed to making progress NOW, ask about our popular Introductory You’re going to be amazed at the difference I can make in 3 hours. Most of my artists call back periodically for me to help them “get to the next level.” And there’s always a next level. It's just a few coins in the bucket when you consider how much money I help each of them make.

To help you get your career mvoing, I am offering a very special rate for this first experience in working with me along with documents and resources you can use to keep you going for at least 6 months.

"Aletta, first of all, thank you very much for the Jump Start package you prepared for me!  You certainly do pack a lot of information into the presentation!" E.H. Mixed media Artist

I have found out recently what a real treasure Aletta is!  And a bargain too! I have just completed our Jump Start Pkg. and I am so pleased with how it went.  She is organized, efficient and very knowledgeable.  She is also very well connected to other resources/people that I will use. I highly recommend her services and working with her has been a very pleasant and rewarding experience! Art Couple ( Painter & Marketer)

10 things I learned in just 15 minutes with Aletta, that I can use right away:

1. Can you put up a show together tomorrow? You should be able to have 2 shows (10 pieces minimum) ready to go at a moments notice.

2. Do you have work in a range of sizes? These are price points for a variety of buyers.

3. Put you portfolio in a binder, not a folder. This way things can't fall out. Cover the binder with your contact info and images.

4. What two specific galleries do you have in mind to get into?

5. Get your website up, if you can truly do it without spending too much time. If it take too much of your time hire someone. (6. If you must make a choice between business cards and postcards, choose postcards. They show your work better. Put several images on front and back.

7. Use JumpStart to start the process of having a art career coach. It is relatively inexpensive and will give you a wide range of understanding about where you are and where you need to be going.

8. Build up to 100 pieces of work.

9. Split time making and marketing. Use half your time making art and half your time doing your art business. They will cross-fertilize.

10. AFTER JumpStart, we will look at a business plan and a marketing plan.
