You will share experiences with other artists in the community. You post your questions on Yahoo Groups and an Artist Advisor will answer them there. You can also access the information in archived discussions by member artists.

- Forms of Payment: All products, programs and services must be pre-paid by credit or debit card.
- California Sales Tax: We are required by the California State Board of Equalization to collect 9.25% sales tax for internet orders when a product is shipped to an artist in California.
- Cancellation/ Refund Policy: Refunds require a written request and will be issued by check or credit card refund upon approval by the Artist Advisor, Artist Career Training. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, but we do charge a 10% refund/re-booking fee.
